Tattoos (on men or women) can be hot (if within a certain realm of taste and with some level of self control).Having been an artist myself, I can appreciate the work of an artfully done tattoo. But, the do-it-yourself, prison version tattoos in the ever-so-lovely shade of blue-black are not attractive on anyone.I work next to a young woman who has at least 30 tattoos (that I can see) as reminders of things that have occurred in her life.
